a few quick notes and additional info about what working with CLEARTAPES will look like, as well as what past clients have had to say! do note however that the information here varies on a case-by-case basis. if you have any doubts not addressed here, please contact me!

RESOURCES ( STOCKS/FONTS/ADD-ONS )
• All resources perused by CLEARTAPES are not exclusive to each cover. Resources are all legally licensed and/or purchased via the proper channels. The Client is bound to the licensing of the accordingly purchased resources and must, upon exceeding a stated number of publishing printed copies, reach out to the designer or directly to the owner(s)/hosting platforms of applicable resources to purchase extended licensing where available.
• For exclusive resource requests, the Client is bound to the terms and conditions set down by the owner of the resource. RYEVAIN STUDIOS will merely act as an intermediary during the purchase of exclusive resources, and the fee for this service will be reflected in the quote provided before the service is began.DESIGNS ( FINALISED AND DRAFTED VERSIONS )
• RYEVAIN STUDIOS retains all rights to any designs produced, whether the Client chooses to claim their custom design or chooses for it to be resold as a premade. At no point in time is the Client permitted to make any alterations to the design without explicit documented consent from the Designer.
• The Client cannot resell/modify/make publicly available any drafts or scrapped initial concepts shared by the Designer under any circumstances.
